Hi, I’m Takunda — an osteopath who is passionate about helping people feel their healthiest. I believe that every person is unique, so I always take the time to tailor my treatments to suit each individual’s needs and lifestyle.
I work with all kinds of musculoskeletal conditions, whether it’s easing everyday aches, helping with sports injuries, or supporting long-term recovery. I love combining hands-on treatment with a clear understanding of what’s going on in the body, so my patients not only feel better but also feel more in control of their health.
Alongside my clinical work, I also teach human anatomy and osteopathic techniques. Teaching keeps me curious and sharp, and it means I’m constantly learning and bringing fresh insight back into the clinic.
Away from work, my proudest role is being a dad to two amazing girls. They remind me every day why health, movement, and connection really matter.
